Built specifically for camp organizations. The Problem We SolveCamp staff spend weeks manually juggling hundreds of preference requests, gender ratios, geographic constraints, and friendships — all in a spreadsheet, under deadline pressure. Something always falls through the cracks.Features

Camper Self-Registration: Campers submit friend preferences through a simple portal — camp code access, no account or app required.

Smart Group Generation: The algorithm handles gender balance, group size, friend/avoid requests, Rashut distribution, social anchors, and flight-based partitioning — simultaneously.

Social Network Insights: Visualize camper social graphs, spot isolated campers, and understand preference patterns across your roster before groups are finalized.

Group Editor + Live Guardrails: Drag and reassign campers after generation — real-time warnings fire the moment a change violates a constraint.

Registration Analytics: Track registration progress, completion rates, and preference trends in real time as your season unfolds.

Team Access Control: Invite directors, counselors, and staff with role-based permissions — everyone sees exactly what they need to.

How It Works

Campers Register: Share the camp code. Campers enter their name and submit friend preferences from any device — no app or account needed.

Algorithm Runs: One click runs the optimizer. It processes all preferences and constraints and returns optimized, balanced groups in seconds.

Review & Share: Review results, fine-tune groups with live constraint checking, then share access with your entire team.

The Camper ExperienceCampers get a camp code, fill in their friend preferences, and arrive ready for day one. No paper forms, no chaos.ContactEmail: info@campgroups.netWebsite: campgroups.net
